Find any 360- phone number in Washington

The 360 area code is a designated geographic area code in the North American Numbering Plan (NANP). It is an NANP-mandated code that encompasses the entire state of Washington, except for Grays Harbor, Pacific, Wahkiakum, and parts of Cowlitz counties, which are served by the 564 area code. Established in 1995, it was the 48th state to receive an area code and is one of the original 86 area codes created by AT&T and the Bell System in 1947. The 360 area code allows phone numbers within its locale to be easily dialed when making calls across North America, including to Washington state.

The NANP is the system used by telephone companies to designate and assign known area codes to localities in 20 different countries and territories. This system was created to meet the new demand for phone services as the technology advanced since its conception in 1947. Each area code is composed of three digits that often define the boundaries of an entire state or province, or just the largest geographical region within it. The NANP continues to cover the growing population of Washington state and oversee the continuing expansion of its telecommunication systems.
