Find any 753- phone number in Ontario

The 753 area code is a telephone numbering plan area (NPA) code for the Canadian province of Ontario. It was created on October 5, 2018, when the NPA area code 519 was split into two area codes: 226 and 753. It covers the large majority of the southeastern region of the province, including Ottawa, Belleville, and Kingston.

The North American Numbering Plan area code system is used in Canada and the United States, along with parts of the Caribbean. NPA codes are assigned to all telephone exchanges in Canada and the United States, and are used for local area calls and long-distance toll calls. Originally, all regions of Canada were assigned one single area code with Canada-wide NPA codes being added in subsequent splits. Currently, Canada is divided into 129 Geographic Rate Centres which each have an assigned three-digit NPA code. These area codes are used to identify telephone numbers in each area, and are the foundation of the telephone numbering plan system.
