Find any 810- phone number in Michigan

The 810 area code is one of Michigan's original area codes. It covers Michigan's eastern Thumb area, including Port Huron, Lapeer, Imlay City, and Flint. 810 was created in 1947 along with Michigan's three other original area codes, 313, 517 and 616. Later on, in 1993, 810 was split to create the new area code 586.

The North American Numbering Plan (NANP) is a numbering system for telephone numbers in the United States, Canada, and certain Caribbean countries. Area codes are a three-digit code that is used to designate a geographical region. The NANP essentially serves the same purpose across all of the areas it services, which is to provide each area with its own unique dialing plan. The NANP system allows for the same telephone number to be used in different areas. It also provides a universal way of placing calls, eliminating the need to remember a variety of different dialing codes.
