Find any 910- phone number in North Carolina
The 910 area code is a telephone area code in the North American Numbering Plan (NANP). The geographic area covered includes most of southeastern North Carolina, including the city of Wilmington and its surrounding towns and parts of the Research Triangle Park. Specifically, the 910 area code includes parts of Bladen, Columbus, Cumberland, Duplin, New Hanover, Onslow, Robeson, and Sampson Counties.
The NANP is the system in place in the United States, Canada, and some countries in the Caribbean for area code designations. North American area codes are three digits in length and are organized in a geographically-based manner. The boundaries of some area codes may overlap or be split into two sections known as an overlay. The 910 area code was introduced in 1998 as a split from the original 919 area code practice to meet the growing population and demand for telephone numbers in southeastern North Carolina.
